Boston Bilingual Pioneer Media (BBPM) is a Boston based nonprofit organization established in 2015, dedicated to bilingual education, intercultural understanding, and public-facing educational technology initiatives.
PROJECT OVERVIEW / 项目背景
BBPM is currently developing tailored AI + Education products specifically for native Chinese-speaking customers. We are recruiting technicians to assist with QA, debugging, and product iteration on behalf of the customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / 核心职责
QA & Debugging on Behalf of Customers: Conduct comprehensive QA, system testing, and bug verification for AI + Education products from the direct perspective of native Chinese-speaking learners and users.

Attend Orientation
Code & Tooling Workflow: Utilize Claude Code and GitHub for daily repository management, testing script execution, version control, and bug tracking.
User-Centered Product Iteration: Apply user-centered thinking to identify pain points, suggest concrete product iterations, and enhance the overall educational experience.
Proactive Execution & Delivery: Deliver scheduled tasks on time with high accuracy, thoroughness, and proactive communication.
CORE REQUIREMENTS / 岗位必备条件
Technical Tools: Proficiency with Claude Code & GitHub.
Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (native-level Chinese essential for evaluating product content and customer user experience).
Product & Work Ethic: A user-centered mindset, strong proactive problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and on-time task delivery.
