Join Bpeace as a volunteer coach and play a vital role in guiding business leaders to grow their businesses and create high quality jobs in Central America. You will be matched with businesses who need your skills and knowledge to help them grow their business to the next level. You'll help leaders apply learnings, strengthen systems, and prepare investor or lender-ready deliverables.

Likely activities during your coaching experience include:

  • Review the company’s overall position and help identify any areas that need to be addressed.
  • Help the leadership come up with an actionable plan for sustained business growth.
  • Provide recommendations on how the company can identify and improve management processes.
