• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming food donations and deliveries

• Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) method
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas (dry, refrigerated, and frozen)
• Track inventory and report discrepancies or low stock levels

1. Warehouse & Facility Maintenance

• Keep pantry, storage areas, and distribution spaces clean and orderly
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and shelving units (if trained)
• Dispose of damaged or expired items according to policy
